Terms of Service

Last updated 13 Jun 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Three Sixty Tools website at tools.threesixty.pt and the software products distributed through it. The store is operated by Three Sixty, Lisbon, Portugal ("Three Sixty", "we"). By creating an account, downloading our software or purchasing a licence you agree to these Terms. If you are buying on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that company.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date — invoices are issued from the billing details on your account. You are responsible for everything that happens under your credentials; choose a strong password and do not share it. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse of licence keys or violation of these Terms.

2. Software licences

Our products are licensed, not sold. A licence grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the product according to the licence type purchased:

  • Trial — a free, time-limited evaluation for testing on your own systems. Trials are intended for evaluation and must not be relied upon for paid production work.
  • Personal — for a single named user, on the number of simultaneously activated machines shown on the plan you purchased.
  • Professional — for professional use on the number of machines shown at purchase, typically a main and a backup system.
  • Company — for use within one organisation on up to the number of machines shown at purchase.
  • Lifetime — a perpetual licence including all future updates of the product, limited to the activation count shown at purchase.
  • Subscription / yearly — valid for the stated period; the software stops validating when the period lapses unless the licence is renewed.

Each licence key may be activated on a limited number of machines. You can free a seat at any time by deactivating a machine from your account dashboard or from within the application, then activating on new hardware. Licence keys are personal to you or your organisation and must not be published, shared outside your organisation, rented or resold.

3. Payments and pricing

Payments are processed by Stripe; we never receive or store card details. All prices are shown in euros and include Portuguese VAT where applicable; the VAT portion is itemised on your invoice. An invoice is generated automatically for every completed order and is available in your account at any time.

4. Refunds

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase provided the licence key has not been activated. Once a licence has been activated on a machine, the right of withdrawal lapses, as permitted for digital content under EU consumer law — this is exactly why almost every product offers a free trial: please evaluate before you buy. To request a refund, contact support@threesixty.pt from your account email and include your order number.

5. Prohibited use

  • Reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling the software, except to the extent such rights cannot be excluded by law.
  • Circumventing, disabling or interfering with licence validation or activation limits.
  • Reselling, sublicensing, renting or otherwise redistributing the software or licence keys.
  • Sharing one personal licence between multiple people.
  • Using the software for unlawful purposes or in violation of third-party rights.

6. Updates and support

Licences include access to updates of the purchased major version; lifetime licences include all updates. We provide support by ticket and email, in English and Portuguese, on business days. We genuinely try to respond fast, but no response-time guarantee is given unless separately agreed in writing. Support covers installation, licensing and product defects — it does not include show programming, system design or on-site services.

7. Intellectual property

The software, this website and all related materials are the property of Three Sixty and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you only the rights expressly described in them; all other rights are reserved.

8. Warranty and liability

The software is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, and our total liability arising from or relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that licence in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue from events, audience or client claims, or data loss. Live productions are inherently risky — read our Disclaimer for the precautions we expect every user to take. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, nor the statutory rights of consumers.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or revoke licences obtained fraudulently (including payment chargebacks after activation) or used in violation of section 5. You may stop using the software and delete your account at any time; fees already paid are non-refundable except as described in section 4.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email at least 14 days before they take effect; continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
